    Read the limits before you rely on it.

    What photographs can show

    • Where growth or staining is, and roughly how far it extends.
    • Patterns that point towards condensation, penetrating moisture or a leak.
    • How the problem changes over time when you keep adding dated photos.

    What photographs cannot show

    • Moisture content, wall construction or what is behind the surface.
    • Whether the air is harmful to anyone. We never diagnose health effects.
    • An official hazard rating. Only a qualified inspector can make that determination.
