Show me what changes
The assessment stays honest. The record gets deeper.
Switch between £0, £29 and £79 to see how the same illustrative case changes. Paid tiers do not make the automated assessment “more certain”; they add the record and, at £79, a human check.

Landlords and agents
Shared cases are free to read; approved responders can attach them
A resident's share link opens read-only without an account. An approved landlord or housing-provider account can attach that shared case, reply and record inspection or work without starting a portfolio subscription.

Landlord Workspace (beta)
Portfolio software for landlords and agents handling several cases at once. Presented separately; not part of the consumer offer. Landlords and agents with several properties can register interest while it is in beta.
About the Landlord WorkspaceBefore you pay
What you should know.
It is not a survey
Assessments are based on the photographs and answers you provide. They are not a building survey, legal advice, a medical opinion or an official hazard rating.
Some problems need a person
When the photographs suggest an inspection is needed, the result says so instead of guessing. That is true at every tier.
No deadline is invented
Creating a case never starts a legal clock. A statutory timer appears only once jurisdiction, tenure and the notification date are recorded and confirmed.
Questions
Questions people ask before paying.
Do I have to pay before I see anything?
No. The Free Case Check gives you the full structured result first. You choose the Evidence Pack or the Reviewed Report afterwards, only if you want the record.
Is there a subscription?
Not for residents. Both paid items are one-off. A shared case is free to read without an account; an approved landlord or housing-provider account can attach that resident-shared case and reply without starting a portfolio subscription. The Landlord Workspace for managing a portfolio is separate and in beta.
Can I send the report to my council or an adviser?
Yes. The Evidence Pack is built to be shared: a secure link that expires after 30 days, plus a PDF you can attach to an email or a complaint.
What does the Reviewed Report check, and how quickly does it arrive?
A person checks the automated assessment, the completeness of the evidence, the internal consistency of the result and the wording of the report before it is released, and corrects what needs correcting. The reviewer is the founder. It is normally released within two working days of payment; you get an email when it is in your case, and it says what, if anything, changed. Not an in-person damp survey, a legal opinion or a medical assessment.
What if the photographs cannot answer the question?
The result says so. Confidence and evidence quality are stated separately, and the next action tells you what to photograph or measure, or whether a person needs to inspect. That is true at every tier.
Can I get a refund?
If the Evidence Pack or the reviewed report cannot be produced from what you supplied, we refund it. Your statutory rights are not affected. See the complaints procedure for anything else.
