    A clearer record
    for residents
    and housing teams.

A dated damp and mould case can help residents and housing teams share a clearer record. We are inviting councils and housing associations to help test a provider workflow. Pilot scope and availability are agreed in writing.

    What exists today

    • Residents create a dated case with photographs, a Free Case Check and a timeline, and share it with you by secure link.
    • Your staff can open the shared case read-only in a browser with no account to provision for reading. An approved housing-provider account can attach that case before acknowledging it, responding in writing or recording inspections and works.
    • Statutory timescales appear only where they apply to the tenure and nation, and only once the notification date is recorded and confirmed.

    What the pilot is testing

    • A provider view across many shared cases: which are awaiting a response, which have an inspection booked, which are overdue.
    • Exports for audit: the dated record of each case in a form your complaints and compliance teams can file.
    • Integration with existing repairs systems. Not built; we want to understand what you use first.

    The record

What a shared case looks like from your side.

The sample below is illustrative. The public share is read-only; once an approved housing-provider account attaches the case, acknowledgements, proposed inspections and recorded outcomes can sit on the dated case record.

Confirm the inspection and add a photo of the outside wall

Reply to the landlord's proposed date, then add the missing context photo so the record is complete before the visit.

Set by the resident. No statutory timer is shown: jurisdiction and tenure are recorded but the trigger event has not been verified.
