    What landlords ask.

    Does reading or responding cost anything?

    The resident's share link is free to read and needs no account. Writing into the case requires an approved landlord or housing-provider account, but attaching and responding to a resident-shared case does not start a portfolio subscription.

    Can the resident change what I recorded?

    No. Signed-in case entries are attributed to the account that made them; the other party does not get an edit control for your entry.

    Is a deadline shown?

    Only where statutory rules apply to the tenure and nation, and only once the jurisdiction, tenure and the date the landlord was notified are recorded. Creating or opening a Stop The Mould case never starts a legal clock by itself.

    I manage several properties. Is there a workspace?

    Yes, in beta. The Landlord Workspace is the separate portfolio product for managing several properties, response logging and deadline tracking where it applies. Portfolio pricing is not required just to read a resident's share link.
